The Escape Key is a thrilling and fast-paced card game where quick thinking and reflexes decide who escapes... and who gets left behind! Imagine being locked in a room with your friends. The only way out? Solving the code to grab a key and escape—one by one. But there’s a twist: one of you will be trapped inside forever.
How to Play:
🔐 Place one fewer key than the number of players in the center of the play area. (e.g., 5 players = 4 keys)
🃏 Shuffle the deck and deal 4 cards to each player—keep your cards secret.
↩️ Place the remaining cards to the left of the first player.
🎴 On your turn, place one of your cards face down to the right of the next player, then draw a new card from the left pile.
➡️ Each player continues the same motion, always passing a card to the right and picking up from the left.
🔁 The last player draws from the leftover pile next to player one.
⚡ The game is fast-paced and continuous!
🎯 If a player gets two matching numbers, they quickly place their cards down and grab a key!
🚪 All remaining players rush to grab the rest of the keys—one will be left out.
❌ The player without a key is eliminated from the round.
🔁 The keys are reset, and a new round begins. The last player remaining with a key wins the game!

If the draw pile runs out, use the pile next to the last player.

Joker cards can substitute for any number.
